Zonecharge DynaCPS®: Wireless Power for Smart Logistics

South China’s logistics technology bellwether—the China (Guangzhou) International Logistics Equipment and Technology Exhibition—will grandly open from June 3 to 5, 2026, in Area D of the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou. This exhibition focuses on the entire smart logistics equipment industry chain, comprehensively presenting innovative products, technologies, and industry solutions across warehousing, handling, sorting, packaging, conveying, and distribution. The joint exhibition area exceeds 90,000 square meters, gathers more than 1,000 brand exhibitors, and is expected to attract more than 70,000 professional visitors. Concurrently, it links with the Guangzhou International Digital Intelligence Equipment and Artificial Intelligence Exhibition and the China (Guangzhou) International Finance Expo to build a super integrated platform of “smart logistics + robots + artificial intelligence + low-altitude economy + finance.”

Inside the exhibition hall, AGVs shuttle back and forth in the simulated warehousing area, sorters drop items at high speed and with precision, and robotic arms repeatedly pick at standard workstations—the smooth operation of every piece of equipment depends on one underlying question: Where does the power come from? How can true “stop-and-charge, never-stop operation” be achieved?

01 A “Non-Contact” Energy Revolution: From Conductor Rails to the DynaCPS® Non-Contact Dynamic Power Supply System

Traditional logistics sorting lines have long relied on conductor rail power supply, transmitting electricity through physical contact between carbon brushes and conductive rails. This solution appears mature, but in reality has many inherent defects: carbon brush wear caused by physical friction, power interruptions caused by poor contact, fire safety hazards caused by sparking, and sharply reduced reliability in humid and dusty environments. More critically, traditional conductor rails are limited by physical contact transmission, and the upper limit of sorter operating speed is only 2 meters per second, which has become a bottleneck restricting many logistics companies from improving sorting efficiency.

Zone Charge’s independently developed DynaCPS® non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system fundamentally reconstructs the technical logic of logistics power supply. Based on LCC-S compensation magnetic resonance technology, the system lays special cables in the track and generates a 140kHz high-frequency alternating magnetic field around the cables. The pickup on the mobile device can continuously and stably couple electrical energy from the magnetic field during movement without physical contact, achieving “wireless power capture.” The system supports stable power supply during high-speed movement at 2–5 m/s and can achieve 5kW–40kW high-power dynamic non-contact energy transfer, with transmission efficiency stably exceeding 80%. The system architecture consists of five core components: transmitter control cabinet, transmitting track, pickup, receiving controller, and track capacitor box, forming a full-chain safe and efficient dynamic power supply network.

Even more remarkable is its “maintenance-free” feature. Traditional conductor rails require regular wear inspections every month and replacement of contacts and wires once a year, with annual maintenance cost per line exceeding RMB 20,000. In contrast, the non-contact dynamic power supply system uses a non-physical-contact design, requiring basically no maintenance throughout the equipment’s entire life cycle. Only a simple appearance cleaning is needed quarterly, and the annual maintenance cost is less than RMB 1,000. The significance of “maintenance-free” goes far beyond cost savings—it means a leap in equipment availability, the release of operations and maintenance manpower, and operational safety in high-risk environments.

02 From “Bottleneck” to “Fast Lane”: Hard Data Behind the Efficiency Leap

Logistics sorters using Zone Charge’s non-contact dynamic power supply system have achieved continuous single-day operation exceeding 20 hours (traditionally requiring 2–3 charges per day), with measured sorting efficiency increased by about 27% (up to 50% in some scenarios) and maintenance costs reduced by more than 65%.

Taking a sorting center handling 100,000 parcels per day as an example, a 27% efficiency improvement means it can reduce sorting equipment investment or labor costs by at least 20%, and the investment payback period can be greatly shortened.

Behind this is not only a leap in efficiency, but also a significant shortening of the investment return cycle.

More importantly, its “non-contact” feature perfectly adapts to special scenarios such as explosion-proof warehouses and clean workshops. The system’s protection rating reaches IP67 or even IP68, fully adapting to the complex, humid, and dusty environments of logistics warehouses, and fundamentally avoiding the spark hazards caused by physical friction in traditional conductor rails. For the after-sales maintenance challenges of logistics equipment “going overseas,” Zonecharge’s technology fundamentally reduces parts wear caused by physical contact and greatly lowers equipment maintenance frequency—this is precisely one of the most attractive competitive advantages of overseas logistics equipment.

03 AGV/AMR/RGV: Let Mobile Robots “Charge Whenever They Stop”

If DynaCPS® solves the constraint of the “line,” then Zone Charge’s static wireless charging pile modules break the limitation of the “point.” With the deepening of logistics automation, mobile robots such as AGVs, AMRs, and RGVs are being deployed on a large scale in smart warehousing, e-commerce distribution, and other scenarios. However, traditional contact charging methods have many limitations, such as plug-in wear, high alignment requirements, and the need for manual intervention.

Zone Charge’s static wireless charging modules support a wide power range of 200W–6kW, are compatible with customized 12V/24V/48V power batteries, adopt magnetic coupling resonance technology, achieve charging efficiency of over 85%, and have positioning accuracy of ±3mm. They enable AGV/RGV to “stop and charge” after completing tasks, without manual plugging or unplugging of cables, greatly improving the automation level of last-mile delivery and warehousing handling.

More critically, the module can seamlessly integrate into the robot’s intelligent decision-making loop—the robot autonomously decides to go to the nearest wireless charging point to replenish energy based on its own battery status, elevating energy management from “passive execution” to “active scheduling.” In logistics warehousing scenarios, this system has been integrated into the scheduling system. AGVs automatically recharge when idle, ensuring the efficient operation of the entire logistics system.

04 From Logistics to Pan-Industrial: Application Scenarios Continuously Expanding

Zone Charge’s technology footprint extends far beyond logistics. Starting from logistics sorting, its non-contact energy transfer solutions have extended to automated ports, panel and chip packaging/testing workshops, dust-free cleanrooms, industrial automation production lines, and many other scenarios.

In semiconductor and electronics manufacturing scenarios, the system’s high protection rating meets the stringent cleanliness requirements of semiconductor factories, providing reliable energy assurance for precision component production environments. In cold-chain logistics scenarios, wireless charging efficiency and battery management technology in high-humidity cold storage environments are becoming one of the industry’s key technological breakthrough directions. In the automotive manufacturing field, robotic arms, tractors, and other equipment previously relied on pin power supply and drag chain power supply, which were not only prone to pin collision and production paralysis due to deviation, but also had failure problems caused by water vapor and mist in special environments such as painting workshops. The emergence of wireless power supply solutions provides a new answer to these “power supply challenges in special environments.”

05 International Certification and Globalization: The Confidence of Chinese Technology “Going Overseas”

The advanced nature of technology must ultimately be tested by international standards. In 2025, Zone Charge’s DynaCPS® dynamic wireless power supply system successfully passed EU CE certification, covering key directives such as the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMCD) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD), becoming the first dynamic wireless power supply solution in China’s logistics automation field to receive this certification. Prior to this, the company had passed 3C certification, FCC certification, KC certification, and other international standards, with products exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, and Mexico.

In international market expansion, Zone Charge’s pace is equally clear and strong. In March 2026, Zone Charge brought the DynaCPS® non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system and static wireless charging pile modules to TransRussia & SkladTech 2026 in Russia, becoming the focus on the first day of the exhibition and attracting many international logistics equipment manufacturers and end customers to stop and communicate. Earlier, at the 2025 Shanghai CeMAT Asia Logistics Exhibition, the narrow-belt linear sorter equipped with DynaCPS® also attracted widespread attention from professional visitors, and received cooperation inquiries from multiple customers on the first day.

In terms of technology reserves, Zone Charge owns 275 independent intellectual property patents and is the only national-level specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative “Little Giant” enterprise in China’s wireless charging industry. The company’s R&D team is led by experts receiving State Council special allowances and PhDs, with dual bases in Shenzhen and Fuyang. The Fuyang base has China’s largest wireless charging module production workshop and a full-category application exhibition hall.

06 When the Guangzhou Logistics Exhibition Opens

On June 3, 2026, the curtain of the Guangzhou Logistics Exhibition will rise. At that time, tens of thousands of professional visitors will gather in Area D of the Canton Fair Complex to witness the concentrated display of smart logistics equipment and technology. Inside the exhibition hall, AGVs shuttle back and forth in the simulated warehousing area, sorters drop items at high speed and with precision, and robotic arms repeatedly pick at standard workstations—the smooth operation of every piece of equipment silently verifies one judgment: wireless power supply technology is upgrading from an “optional accessory” to the “core infrastructure” of smart logistics.

The global market for industrial non-contact energy transfer solutions is expected to maintain high-speed growth. The continued accelerated deployment of AGVs and AMRs has made charging architecture a key infrastructure for ensuring consistency in automated production and internal logistics support. Zonecharge’s DynaCPS™ non-contact dynamic wireless power supply system has achieved stable operation at 3–4 m/s in its production workshop in Fuyang, Anhui, won recognition from international customers at the Russia exhibition, and is quietly running on the warehousing lines of leading enterprises such as China Post, SF Express, and Deppon.

As the waves of Industry 4.0 and smart logistics sweep the globe, and as AGVs, AMRs, and sorting robots increasingly become “standard equipment” in factories and warehouses, the role played by wireless power supply technology will become increasingly indispensable.
